Is Shifter GDPR-compliant?
Yes. Data is hosted in the EU, tenants are isolated at the row level, and every assignment change is recorded in a tamper-evident audit log. A DPA is available on request.
Does it handle the EU Working Time Directive?
Yes. The compliance engine runs WTD baseline rules plus per-country overrides on every publish. Violations are surfaced before the schedule goes out, not after the fact.
Can staff sync shifts with their calendar?
